Dubrovia wordmark

The name you can never forget.

dubrovia.com

The name

A place needs a name, not a description.

Dubrovia is the name. Here is why it works better than describing where to find it.

01

A place, not a description

“3 Sisters Dubrovnik” says where it is. “Dubrovia” says what it is. The best addresses — Monaco, Mustique, Marbella — are names, not directions.

02

It keeps Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik is the draw. Dubrovia keeps that recognition without borrowing the city’s name, or looking like a suburb of it.

03

It sounds like land

Dalmatia. Istria. Arcadia. The -ia ending reads as territory. It suggests scale, which fits 300 hectares.

04

It is easier to say

One word. Four syllables. No numbers. It works on a phone, on a sign, on a shirt and in a search bar.

05

It grows

Dubrovia Marina. Dubrovia Golf. Dubrovia Residences. Each stands alone. A descriptive name would turn into a sentence.

06

It can be owned

“Three Sisters” is already used by hotels, wineries and landmarks. A coined name can be trademarked and defended.

Colour

The Adriatic Blueprint

Ink, paper and a single blue. The palette is deliberately narrow — luxury reads in restraint, and a drawing-office blueprint is the honest visual language for a project still being built.

Adriatic Ink

--navy-deep

Primary dark. Headlines, dark bands, footers.

Slate Blue

--navy

Body ink and structural rules.

Signal Blue

--gold

Accent only. Italics, emphasis, active states.

Ice

--gold-soft

Soft highlights, hover washes.

Limestone

--limestone

Section separation on paper.

Paper

--background

Default canvas. Never pure white.

Signal Blue never exceeds roughly five per cent of a surface. Gold, gradients and drop shadows are not part of the system.

The wordmark

Dubrovia wordmark

The mark is a fixed asset. Use the provided files exactly as supplied — never reset it in another typeface, never redraw it, never italicise or distort it. For an emphasised word inside a headline, Cormorant Garamond Italic is the only accent.
