Our goal is not to build a new Monte Carlo, a Porto Montenegro or a Dubai. Each of those is remarkable in its own right — but we are after something else. A destination that stands in a league of its own when it comes to elite standards, blending the most sophisticated standards in the urban development world with the classical beauty of the Dalmatian coast.
The testament
Before there were any permissions from the local government to begin acquiring the land, we had already spent several million pounds hiring the best architecture firms in the world and bringing in top experts from several fields. The ambition was never merely a vision — from the very first day it was a structured plan, engineered to be built.
Over twenty years, we acquired the land parcel by parcel, from more than 1,200 independent landowners. Every boundary was negotiated, every title cleared. Today we hold all the permissions required to begin building, and the first works are already underway.
